What is Greenbax Customer Rewards?
The Greenbax rewards club is our way of saying thank you. The more you shop at a Greenbax partner merchant with a Greenbax Customer Rewards Card, the more Greenbax you earn. Visit any Greenbax partner merchant and ask for a free Greenbax Customer Rewards Card. Greenbax Customer Rewards are accumulated in book denominations every time you shop with your card, automatically adding Greenbax to your account. Check out our partner merchants for the many ways to spend your Greenbax, and visit our Where to Redeem section to see weekly specials and shopping rewards.
How do I earn Greenbax Customer Rewards?- Greenbax are electronically earned every time you shop at a Greenbax partner merchant with your Greenbax Card. (Minimum purchase may be required to earn Greenbax)
- You can earn Greenbax by shopping with one of our over 200 online partner merchants.
- You can spend your Greenbax on merchandise from our online Catalog.
- Our partner Piggly Wiggly stores offer free groceries for Greenbax.
- Other Greenbax partner merchants offer a variety of ways you can spend your Greenbax.
Just go to your local Piggly Wiggly store or a partner merchant to receive your free card.
How do I check my Greenbax Balance?
Every time you shop a partner merchant, your receipt will include your balance. Clicking the "Check Balance" link will also allow you to check your balance here on this website.

What is a Greenbax Partner Merchant?
It is a group of merchants in your town where you can electronically earn and/or spend Greenbax Customer Rewards.
How do I earn or spend Greenbax Customer Rewards at a Greenbax Partner Merchant?Simply make your purchase and present your Pig Card or a Greenbax partner merchant card to the cashier.
Do the Greenbax Partner Merchants issue their own Greenbax Customer Rewards card?Yes. Ask for one of the merchant’s Greenbax cards if you don't have a PIG Card. They will ask you to fill out a short application and then issue you a card. Your savings start the second you receive your card. Your PIG Card will work at all Greenbax Partner merchants.
How can my business become a Partner Merchant?For more information on becoming a Greenbax Partner merchant please call the Toll-Free number below and select the prompt that best describes the type of business you own.

Can I use my Greenbax Partner Merchant card at Piggly Wiggly?
Yes. It will qualify you for all discounts, weekly grocery specials, shopping rewards, sweepstakes and other values associated with the PIG Card except check cashing. The Pig Card is also a check authorization card for Piggly Wiggly. You can cash a check when using your Greenbax partner merchant card but you must also show your drivers license.
Can I combine my PFC Card Greenbax account and my Greenbax Partner Merchant card account so that all my Greenbax are earned on one account?Yes. Please call 1-800-243-9880 extension 8140 or 8141. We will be happy to combine them for you.
Where can I see a list of the available Greenbax Patner Merchants in my area?Click on Partner Merchants in the menu. You can search for merchants by location.

I can't sign in.

I forgot my password.If you forget your password you may go to the Change Username/Password page and type in your username. A new password will be sent to your e-mail account.
How do I change my password?We encourage you to change your password often by going to the Change Username/Password section.
How do I change my username?You can change your username. If you decide to change your username we will E-mail you a new temporary password. Next time you login use your new username and your temporary password.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
How do I change my account information?
You can change your account information such as your mailing address and e-mail address by going to the My Account link. Fill in the fields that have changed and select update.
How do I change my Profile?You can change your profile information such as your marital status by going to the My Profile link. Fill in the fields that have changed and select submit.
TRANSACTION HISTORY
How do I view my transaction history?
You can view your transaction history for this month by clicking on My History and typing in a start and ending date. You can also view your transaction history for the last seven days by selecting a day at the left of the My History page.
What if I find a discrepancy in my transaction history?If you find a discrepancy in your transaction history please bring your receipts into your local Piggly Wiggly and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.

How do I donate my Greenbax to a charity?
There are currently two ways to donate your Greenbax to a charity. You can make a one time donation of a specified amount or donate all your Greenbax (your current balance and all future Greenbax you may earn). Visit the Donate Greenbax page and, if prompted, enter your Greenbax card number and last name then click submit. Now select a charity you wish to donate to. If you wish to make a one time donation enter the amount of Greenbax you wish to donate and click the submit button. If you wish to donate all your Greenbax just check the box next to "Donate ALL my Greenbax" and click the submit button.
The charity I want to donate to is not listed. How do I get them added?If they are a 501(c)3 qualified nonprofit organization and would like for Greenbax customers to be able to donate their Greenbax to their organization have them apply on our Register Your Organization page.
I am currently donating all my Greenbax to a charity but wish to stop. How can I stop my donation?To stop donating all your Greenbax to a charity visit the Donation page and, if prompted, enter your Greenbax card number and last name then click submit. If you are currently donating all your Greenbax, the charity you are donating to will be selected and the "Donate ALL my Greenbax" box will be checked. Just uncheck the box and click submit to stop your future donations.
